Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in Platform Content.

5.2 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or share any content through the Platform, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant Quendario a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by Quendario without restriction or compensation to you. You waive any claim to ownership or remuneration in connection with such submissions.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Fees

Access to certain workshops, programs, or features may require payment. All applicable fees are displayed at the point of purchase. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6.2 Billing

You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

6.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once access to content has been granted. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction date.

6.4 Changes to Pricing

Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, engagement, and circumstances. We make no guarantee that use of the Platform will result in any specific skill level, qualification, or financial outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quendario and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Quendario in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quendario and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of the Platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Any content you submit to the Platform.
Your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may discontinue your use of the Platform at any time. To close your Account, contact us at [email protected]. Termination of your Account does not entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of a paid subscription unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to the Platform or its users.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless explicitly acknowledged in writing by Quendario.

15.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quendario concerning the Platform.
